There’s been quite a bit of anticipation regarding Divine Fits and their debut album A Thing Called Divine Fits. The band–somewhat of a “supergroup”–features Dan Boeckner of Wolf Parade, Britt Daniel of Spoon and Sam Brown of New Bomb Turks. While “supergroups” don’t always pan out so well, the pieces of the Divine Fits puzzle “fit” (apologies, I know) unexpectedly well together. Several singles, such as “My Love Is Real” and “Would That Not Be Nice“, have already been streaming online. But the full album is now available. Have a listen, it’s a great record whether or not you’re a fan of the individual members’ other bands.
