We feature a lot of new, streaming albums here on the site. But this stream’s got a fascinating spin. Luaka Bop label-member Delicate Steve has a new album called Positive Force out on 7/10. Rather than the typical pre-release stream, D-Steve and his band have released each of the album’s songs on a different one of his friends Facebook pages. The catch is that those friends are also famous indie musicians. So you can cruise by the sites of, say, tUnE-yArDs and Yeasayer to stream the new Delicate Steve album. For those that haven’t heard of Delicate Steve, they were one of our favorites at Treefort Festival 2012. Think up-tempo, fun, positive, psychedelic, free-form jams. Tracklist + facebook links below.
