Those who joined us at our Treefort 2015 Showcase may have caught Los Angeles-based dance-punk group Sego. After a series of EPs including Wicket Youth and Long Long Way From the Fringe, Sego will release their official debut LP Once Was Lost Now Just Hanging Around. The new album will arrive on Dine Alone next March 4th.

To accompany the Hanging Around announcement, Sego also shared a video for album track “Micky Macali”. The video is an impressive work from director Will Kindrick whose quick cuts and syncs make for a visual treat. “Micky Macali” features Spencer Petersen’s sharp lyricism and precise delivery as well as the band’s knack for acute instrumentation.
