Earlier this weekend, Exploring the Depths’ drummer and roommate Jace Gobble elected to don some Saving Silverman on the household screen to loosen up the day’s vibes. First off, that film is ELEVEN YEARS old. Second, they really tried to display a lot of Amanda Peet side-breast shots in the movie. Third, it brought Neil Diamond into the fore front of my consciousness again. So here’s a 1969 live cut of “Sweet Caroline”. Just try and watch without irking out the slightest glimpse of a smile.
