Seattle’s Capitol Hill Block Party announced the festival’s 2012 lineup this morning. Neko Case, Diplo, Major Lazer, Grimes and Phantogram will headline Block Party 2012. From July 20-22, Block Party will take over the Capitol Hill neighborhood. Other notable Seattle area acts include Lemolo, Kithkin, Hot Bodies in Motion and Kris Orlowski.
