Though I’m not necessarily a big fan of Kansas nor over-the-top-as-it-gets Metal act Gwar, the latter covered the former’s “Carry On, My Wayward Son” in a tiny room for the AV Club and it’s highly entertaining. Gwar is, of course, in full costume and schtick. But they actually do a damn good job of covering the iconic hit.
