Looks like the Yeah Yeah Yeahs are both down with 2012 lore and releasing new music. Today, they tweeted (yeah, it’s a credible news source these days) “DNA upgrades, spontaneous evolution and NEW YEAH YEAH YEAHS RECORD ARRIVING SPRING 2013! finally.” If you’ve spent/wasted time reading up on the new age vibes of December 21, 2012, you probably can high five over the Yeah Yeah Yeah’s giving it a nod.
