This morning, Merril Garbus of tUnE-yArDs announced that Ad-Rock (Adam Horovitz) of the Beastie Boys had remixed her song “Gangsta”. It will be out on a 12″ September 12 in England and September 27 in the U.S. Stream it below in the meantime!
Stephen Malkmus & the Jicks have a new album coming out on August 23rd. The Beck-produced album is titled “Mirror Traffic” and will be released by Domino Records. But the whole thing is up for stream right now. Listen right here at NPR.
