This morning we’re excited to premiere a new track from Sixth & College. The duo of singer/songwriter Jeremy Porcha and producer Will Proulx began collaborating during their freshman year of college. After nearly a half decade of living together, experimenting through a range of genres & styles and refining their collective sound, Proulx relocated to the west coast. With Proulx on Los Angeles’ Sixth Street and Porcha on Savannah’s College Street, their aptly named Sixth & College project emerged.

Sixth & College’s “I Can Love You” builds upon the crisp production and smooth vibes of their debut track “Bounce Off“, which they released in late March. Through the three minutes of “I Can Love You”, the duo succinctly and successfully melds trap rhythms, blooming synths, pitched vocals and a memorable refrain. While “I Can Love You” may only be their second released track, Sixth & College demonstrate a natural cohesiveness that reminds of ODESZA’s Harrison Mills and Clayton Knight. The end result here is a bright, upbeat cut primed for the upcoming summer months.
