There’s no better time than summertime to enjoy the immersive, cheerful vibes of Bellingham, Washington’s Manatee Commune. After a series of singles (see: “White Smoke” and “Clay“) plus his Thistle EP, Manatee Commune (Grant Eadie) will release his debut full length album on Bastard Jazz later this month.

While full album details aren’t out yet, Eadie shared a new track from the album just in time for summer solstice. Manatee Commune “What We’ve Got” showcases the trademark luminous production paired against Detroit singer Flint Eastwood’s vocals. Building upon his earlier work, Eadie demonstrates some sharp, restrained discipline here.
