San Francisco’s Morning Benders recently changed their name to POP ETC due to links to European homophobic slang in the former moniker. The band, all the same sans former bassist Tim Or, releases their debut album under POP ETC on June 12. Check out two new tracks from the band below, “Halfway to Heaven” and “Everything is Gone”.  The new tracks are definitely a step in a new direction. Think less Big Echo and more synth driven, well, POP.
