The next artist we’re spotlighting for SXSW is Montreal’s quirk-wizard Grimes. Yesterday was a big day for Claire Boucher, as she took over Gorilla vs Bear for the day and the Minneapolis Star-Tribune reported that Boucher and a friend fashioned a houseboat-raft, took live chickens, 20 pounds of potato and a sewing machine and embarked on a river raft voyage from Minnesota aiming to hit New Orleans in 2009.
