On March 5th, Montreal’s Suuns will release their latest record Images du Futur (my limited French is going to guess that’s “Images of the Future) on Secretly Canadian. Anyhow, the first single off that album is out now. Check out “Edie’s Dream” below. It retains the better part of Suuns’ vibe and that bass feels Velvet Underground-like.

UK’s Bat for Lashes took to Jools Holland to perform her song “Laura”, which is off her recently released The Haunted Man LP. Bat For Lashes performs a stripped down, vocals & piano performance of the track that’s quite riveting.
