Atlanta’s self-described “ambient-punk” band Deerhunter have released their upcoming album Halcyon Digest for full stream via NPR. You can also listen to each of the album’s individual tracks on NPR. With their fourth studio LP, the experimental noise-rockers seem to continue their movement toward pop jams, which has us very excited. As lead-man Bradford Cox’s last solo album Logos demonstrated, the songwriter continues to refine Deerhunter’s niche between cerebral explorationa and a newfound pop accessibility.
