The fourth annual Doe Bay Festival will return to the insanely tranquil beaches of Orcas Island, WA on August 11-14 this year. As the festival organizers have eloquently stated, the music festival takes place “on over thirty-three acres of pristine waterfront property on Orcas Island, in a rustic, down-to-earth environment”. For those unfamiliar with Doe Bay or Orcas Island, the location is in the beautiful San Juan Islands of the Puget Sound, several hours north of Seattle.
