The eleventh annual San Miguel Primavera Sound Festival rolled back into Parc del Fòrum of Barcelona, Spain this past weekend. Record crowds reaching over 120,000 fans enjoyed the world class line-up which featured one of the most packed line-ups of any festival on earth this year. With over 221 bands performing, it’s nearly impossible to do the roster justice. Yet notable big-name acts included; The National, Fleet Foxes, Belle & Sebastian, Ariel Pink, John Cale (of Velvet Underground), The Flaming Lips, Pulp, tUnE-yArDs and  James Blake. Keeping on par with NPR’s streaming coverage of Sasquatch, non-commercial New Jersey radio station WFMU has Primavera sets archived for listening right here. Recorded sets include Suicide, Deerhunter, Animal Collective, Grinderman, Ty Segall, Kurt Vile, Battles, Interpol and many more.
