Following the low key, grooves-to-settle-into that we started the week off with (thank you, Four Tet & Tycho), we’re following up with another track in the same vein. Cape Town, South Africa’s the SAME offers some mellow house with, to my knowledge, their initial release in “Chasing the Light”. They describe their music as “inspired by all the love around me”, which we can definitely embrace. Based on the strength of this one, we’ll watch out for any more tracks from the SAME to share.
