After a nearly eight year hiatus, Washington State’s esteemed riot grrrl, indie punk band Sleater-Kinney is back. On January 20 of next year, Sleater-Kinney will release their new No Cities To Love album via Sub Pop. Apparently Sleater-Kinney, made up of Carrie Brownstein, Corin Tucker and Janet Weiss, recorded the new album at Tiny Telephone studios in San Francisco with long-time engineer collaborator John Goodmanson. With the announcement of No Cities To Love, Sleater-Kinney also shared new tour dates and the first single.
