Dan Snaith, the man behind Canadian electronic project Caribou, has offered a few releases under his side-project of Daphni. In 2012, he shared the Daphni album Jiaolong and earlier this month he remixed Usha Uthup. This week he’s put another new track online.

Daphi “Vikram” is patently Snaith, with it’s slow build, ethereal loops and multiple progressions. It’s also a bit more experimental than Caribou. Have a listen for yourself. Daphi “Vikram” and “Usha” are both below. No word on whether another Daphi album is in the works.
